At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have original tags intact.
Initiate Request
Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and packed securely in the original packaging with all brand tags attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
